Wah, hari ini, puncak2nya stress melanda.
Dalam trip terakhir ke daerah, ketahuan deh ternyata kepala tim melakukan kecurangan. Emang benar kata orang tua, gunung dapat dipindah, tapi karakter tidak dapat diubah.
Saya sudah ambil keputusan untuk mengeluarkan semua yang curang dari tim. Meski itu berarti semakin lambatnya pekerjaan.
Yang baca blog ini jadi saksi ya, pokoke saya tidak mau menyerah; saya sudah lupa apa kata menyerah itu, sudah dihapus dari kamus. Saya mau masuk ke daerah-daerah, saya harus berhasil, saya harus kasih anak-anak itu sekolah. Ternyata banyak anak-anak yang tidak punya kesempatan ke sekolah. Saya harus bisa!
Oh ya, dapat kado juga dari Tuhan. Istriku lagi hamil yang ketiga. Moga2 cewek, sudah dua jagoan, he he he....
Oh ya, hari ini saya employ Pak Doni jadi consultant di geubrina utk bantu membangun sistem.
Habis nulis relieve rasanya....

An End of long Learning and A New Start
Since 1st September, Sugianto, who was the owner and marketing director of PT. Niaga Makmur Kekal Lestari, has released his ownership of PT. Niaga Makmur and resigned from his position.
The Team now is complete. One Geologist, One Geophysic Post Graduate, One Mine Design Post Graduate, Two Regional Directors and One Mine Site Manager. Mr. Sugianto will take care of finance and marketing. With great confidence, we believe we can make a new start, very soon.
Plans are made, targets are determined.

Geubrina, God's Given
PT. Geubrina Usaha was established legally in Medan, capital of North Sumatra Province, at 26th March 2007 by Sugianto Makmur and Juliana Henny.
Geubrina Usaha, literally means God's Given Corporation. It is not Indonesian language but Aceh Language, a dialect of people at the most North part of Sumatra Island.
The vision of this company is to exploit the mineral resources in Indonesia, started from Sumatra Island. The first target is to exploit lead ore and zinc ore.
But also, burdened, morally by the low quality of people's life around the mines site, Geubrina want to offer a long term program in education, seeing that in long term, only education can free the people from poverty. Geubrina plan to do two programs, the first is the scholarship direct to students and the second is the training and fund support to the teachers.
The first program is due to the fact that many children can not go to school because their family is so poor and education become a burden to the family.
The second program is under the consideration of that, with high quality teachers, we can expect better graduates.
We do not know how big the impact we can have. But, as we acknowledge Geubrina as God's Given, the question is how big the impact God can make through us.
Geubrina, started by God, as God is love, we want to do it with love, too.
